I'm NOT a superhero!
I cannot even handle myself sometimes because I know I am too much and all over the place sometimes. My younger self was not clever enough to be aware that I was not a superhero who could save the whole world. I used to act like one. I was determined to help as many people as possible, push them to success, and live a healthy life. My intention was good, but the way I managed it wasn't very pleasant. I accidentally put pressure on people, and it made me sound like a very bossy person. My energy and desire to support, help, give and receive love were too enormous to handle appropriately, leading to the explosion of irrational thinking and actions. Obviously, I had to deal with consequences: I got hurt, people ignored me, or even yelled at me, and things did not turn out the way I expected. The more hope I set, the more disappointed I was.
I am not a hero so I should not act like one! People are capable of taking responsibility and solving their own problems. If they need help, they will ask for help. If not, it is none of my business either. Don’t be a silly empath because it can harm and burn me out in the blink of an eye. Since then, I have learned to be an independent thinker and doer. It made me realize that my style is a Lonewolf. I prefer enjoying living in my own safe zone, working and managing things independently. Besides, I always remind myself that ‘Never wait for anyone passively. Moreover, never expect people to do whatever I can’t. In return, I should not have too many expectations of other people because all I will receive are disappointments.
Be mindful of my own strengths and weaknesses, prospects and limitations, and my own struggles. I will never waste my time caring for other people’s businesses anymore. On the contrary, I will save all the energy and intention to improve myself; as well as spend it on the right people and the right event.
Turn flaws into flawless jokes
Be vulnerable
Let the past go
No one cares about myself as much as I do
Don't rush anything!
I was too impatient to wait for the right things to happen at the right time. For this reason, I pushed myself to do things that I was not ready to do or not comfortable managing. Guess what? Failures visited me several times. Failing those tests raised doubts about myself. I falsely believed that I was not capable of achieving anything. I should have given up because I did not belong to this world; or my ideas were terrible, ridiculous, etc. I had to deal with pressure, depression, negative self-talk, and self-doubt for a long time.

There was not any word that could thoroughly describe how much I hate myself, this life, and the grieving sensations over these failures. If I could travel time back to the time when I was upset about those failures, I would slap my face really hard and say, ‘This is not the end of the world. This is the signal for you that there is something wrong with it, get up, address the issues and find solutions! Stop locking yourself in this cage and crying, no one can save you, except for yourself!”.

I need to be more patient and prepare more carefully. Instead of complaining and worrying about something that is not under my control, I should have faith in myself, and the universe, and spend time on improving myself. Once I have learned the necessary lessons, life will lead me to another door which will be much better, definitely!
