Following up with my previous observation regarding increased anger and consumption of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, I would like to share some reflections about nutrition-emotion relationship, as well as myself.

According to personal experiences, I strongly agree that food has a huge impact on forming emotion, physical and mental health of human beings. We become what we eat. Therefore, those craving macro components that I mentioned above distinctly explained why I had the feeling of an explosive bomb, high heat and aggression.

Since then, I carefully pay attention to my needs, wants, and their appropriateness of those demands. I should have been more mindful about nourishing my body and mind with healthy, nutritious, and spiritual food, detoxifying toxicity, staying conscious and setting boundaries with other negative influential factors.

I am not an expert, but I am an eager learner. A variety of diets that support women with PMS symptoms, pregnancy, and postpartum will become my new self-paced research topics. Stay tuned :)
